I have had a basic resistance to changing the way I manage and market my business.  I hired a prominent, high fee company to help me  work on the issues to move from stagnation to growth.

As a result,  my staff is more focused and motivated.   Productivity is up.  For the first time in four years, we have surpassed our YTD goal by 10%.  Now I feel I am in control with greater understanding and more confident as a leader .
